It’s that time of the year to join EHS! If you have 3.3 unweighted GPA, a 90 average in English or a 85 in Pre- AP/ AP English, you should join EHS! Head to one of our sponsors rooms (rooms 1400, 1415, or 1545) for more information on how to apply.

PSAT Registration is now open for the PSAT Test on October 16, 2019. The test is an optional test for Juniors and students must register and pay for the test. The cost is $ 17.00 and regular registration runs now through September 13 at 3PM. To register go to the Flower Mound website and from the Menu button, go to resources, and the testing information page. There is a tab for PSAT that will give you more information about the PSAT tests along with the link to register and pay for the test. See Mrs. Zinn in room 1460 if you have questions

Please join the ASL Honor Society & ASL Club Wednesday Morning at 7:45 in Room 1560. We will be voting for club & Honor Society officers! Bring your club forms with $ 15 cash or check and honor society forms with $ 25 cash or check made out to FMHS. Mr. Dilts, Ms. Cranford and the I AM SECOND leaders would like to invite you to our first meeting this Friday, September 6th at 7:15 am in Room 2265, Ms. Cranford’s room for fellowship and pancakes. Our guest speaker will be Gene McGuire, author of the book Unshackled. Gene was sentenced to life in prison without parole, on a second-degree murder charge at 17 years old that he did not commit. Nearly ten years later, after achieving influence in the prison culture Gene humbled himself and experienced a Christ- transformation. His story is riveting from a life sentenced to imprisonment to one filled with the power of God’s love, forgiveness and freedom, bringing hope to all So please join us this Friday at 7:15 am in Room 2265 to hear Mr. McGuire’s amazing testimony! !!

Hey jags! Are you interested in photography? Are you looking for a fun way to share your photos? If so, join the FMHS photo club! No photography experience is required to join the club. Our first meeting is on September 5th in Ms. McLeod’s class, room 1305. This month’s theme is summer break, so be sure to send your submission via email to McLeod before the meeting. For more information, look for our posters in the main hallways We can’t wait to see your great work!

Hey Jaguars! Do you like learning about nutrition and food health? Are you interested in helping the community and getting service hours? But, most importantly, do you like eating delicious breakfast foods with your friends and peers? so, come join the Breakfast Club for our first meeting on Friday, September 6th at 7:50 in room 1485.

Students wanting to join DECA, make sure you get your application completed and dues turned in by September 10! Also, students wanting to run for office you need to schedule your interview with Mrs. Brown by September 6. If you still want to join DECA and didn’t make the meeting you still can!
