Color Guard Auditions

The Flower Mound High School Color Guard will be holding auditions for the 2019- 2020 school year! They recently finished their Winter Guard season by earning the Silver Medal in both division at their Championships. They’re also the UIL 6A Scholastic Open Class Champions and the UIL SA Scholastic A Class Championiosl The auditions will be held at the FMHS campus from 5:00-7:30pm; Wednesday- Friday (May 1s-May 3 Any student attending FMHS next year is eligible to audition! Next school year will be very exciting, as the Marching Band and Color Guard. If you’re looking for a new performance outlet next year, don’t hesitate to try out! No prior dance or performance experience is required. They’l teach you EVERYTHING you need to know! COF and FCA Game Night

Circle of Friends and FCA will be coming together to hold a game night today after school until 4:30! We will have different games set up in rooms 1470, 1475, 1480 We hope to see you there!

Girls International

Days for Girls International will be back on campus working with seniors to make reusable hygiene kits for girls. This fabulous organization will have their gift shop set up in the Library all day April 30th will all kinds of gifts suitable for Mother’s Day or any gift giving occasion or just to treat yourself. All proceeds help fund Days for Girls International and it’s for African.Come by and support these two great organizations.



This coming Wednesday after school GSA, Gay Straight Alliance, will be having a meeting to discuss officers and plans for next year in room 1300. This is a mandatory meeting for all members, so please plan to attend! Thank you!


Senior Graduation

Seniors, Mr. Greenwell will be our graduation announcer this year. He will be on campus Monday and Tuesday, April 29th and 30th during lunches to review the pronunciation of all graduates’ names. If you are concerned that your name will be mispronounced, be sure to stop by to visit with him.



It is time to get that Cap and gown out of the packaging and hang it up on a hanger. This will allow the wrinkles to fall out. Please do not apply an iron directly to your gown . Make sure you are extra careful and not lose your tassel . It is the # 1 most misplaced item. If you still haven’t ordered your cap and gown now is the time. Choir Annual Pop Show

Flower Mound High School Choir presents their annual pop show on Thursday May 16th and Friday May 17th in the fmhs auditorium. Songs showcased this year will be from La La Land, Dear Evan Hansen, and The Greatest Showman. We will start selling tickets on Friday, April 19th at 9:00 am at fmhschoir.com/boxoffice. Tickets will be $10, $15, and $20. Tickets sell very fast so make sure to get them quickly. Hope to see you all there.
