School Changes

Grace Jones

Due to the coronavirus outbreak almost everything was closed, and everyone was quarantined. After a couple of months the schools were reopened, to insure a good education for students, but because they had to make many precautions before students could come back.
The schools started by warning all students if they were to travel to certain countries that they would not be allowed back. Due to that counties high case count. After that the schools had the opportunity to disinfect the school while all the students were in quarantine. They put plexiglass around all of the desks and make all of the students wipe down their desks and chairs with disinfectant after every class. There are hand sanitizer stations all around the school and in every class room for extra protection. Every student is required to wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose at the same time. They have also offered more online classes for the students that don’t want to personally come to school or that can’t. All of the students are encouraged to distance from their classmates and teachers. The school also put in place a release policy so that there aren’t so many students in the halls like there used to be.
