Taking inspiration from Rory Gilmore, Eishal Tashfeen challenges herself with rigorous course work, such as taking four AP classes this year, with an interest in journalism. Joining the newspaper staff, she strives to have more confidence in her interviewing abilities and cover topics pertaining to mental health and equality. Beyond high school, she plans on majoring in business, marketing, or journalism. This summer she took her periodic family visit to Pakistan. She is reserved at first but once you get to know her she can be outgoing. Her favorite book is Little Women by Louisa May Alcott and go-to coffee order is an iced mocha. She’s excited to start school so she can see her friends more often. 

Eishal is a junior, and this is her first year with the FM Wire.
