Christmas spirit days, sponsored by the student council, on December 17-21 are going to be celebrated throughout the week prior to winter break.

The holiday spirit week starts with “Marcus is on the naughty list,” a day for students to show their jaguar pride. Students and faculty will show their support for the themed day by wearing FMHS apparel.

On Tuesday, students will be “Walking in a Winter Wonderland,” while sporting any type of winter gear, such as heavy coats, hats or scarves.

To continue the holiday spirit, students are asked to bring out their inner Grinch by wearing green and other Grinch themed attire on Wednesday.

Thursday, FMHS students are encouraged to dress crazily by wearing tacky holiday sweaters.

Finally, to wrap up the spirit week the theme for Friday is “The Night before Christmas.” Students can wear pajamas, a practice normally against dress code.

This spirit week is put forth to help the student body to get excited for the upcoming break and holidays by showing their school spirit.
