With over 15 sports teams at this school, it’s easy to oversee a sport or two. One of them that shouldn’t be overlooked is the FMHS hockey team.

The team has games every Thursday with home games in Farmer’s Branch. Their season lasts all school year, beginning on September 26 with a 4-8 loss to Plano East. Their second game was a 3-5 loss to Coppell on October 3.

Out of the 16 total players, the top three are sophomore Chase Megliorino with the most points, juniors Reid Clayton with the second most and Karson Foster with the third.

Remaining team members include Chris Weatherly, Connor Moss, Kyle LeComte, Nick Long, Grayson Williamson, Cole Zimmerman, Kyle Tedder, Trey Cambre, Garrett Knutson, Evan Farris, and Austin Haegen, and brothers Ryan and Brandon Baker.

Their latest game was on October 10 in Frisco against McKinney. They had their first victory with a score of 8-3, and hope to continue representing the school through their performance.
