The International Thespian Society of the theatre department is partnering with the National Honor Society and Student Council to moderate a canned food drive called “Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat.”

The food drive is comprised of two parts. One part is the food drive, currently open for all of October. Cans for this drive may be donated by any of the student body and should be dropped off in Drama Room A.

The next part will take place on Halloween night, when ITS will go door-to-door trick-or-treating for canned foods.

Last year, the “Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat” food drive gathered nearly 5000 pounds of food, and this year they are looking to surpass that amount.

Any NHS, StuCo, or ITS members are eligible to receive community service hours for any of their donations.
