Whenever Emma Santos does something, she puts her whole life into it. She leads an active life, flexing at the gym at 4:00 am, and with a background in competition dance and classical ballet, she’s currently honoring that vitality as a Rosette. That makes sense, as although she claims to be less interested in STEM than her cardiologist father and nurse mother, she keeps both her own health and that of our environment in the forefront of her mind. Emma plans to pursue fashion merchandising after high school, with a focus on sustainability in the industry. She hopes to do that somewhere walkable like Roma Norte in Mexico City, where she can more often appreciate the outdoors. Emma is a junior, and this is her first year with FM Wire.
